Luxe Home 4 Mins to Duke/DT, BBQ, Fire Pit, Pool

Clean and comfortable place. Easy access to DUKE and some of our favorite places. Host was reachable and accommodating.

The house was clean and very well maintained. It's clear the owner and property manager take a lot of pride in this property. Everything that we needed for our 2 night stay was available and well stocked and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location of the property was very convenient to Duke University and most of the downtown attractions. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive. Would absolutely recommend this house for a stay in Durham.

Beautiful, super clean, spacious home with all the special touches. So much thought went into the small things too. From the 2 coffee bars to an alarm system to makeup remover wipes to a hair dryer to a chalk board in the kitchen listed with all the fun things to do, places to see, places to eat etc. Jill answered all of our questions promptly before, during and after booking. She made us feel very comfortable. She also checked in with me the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok with the house and to see if we needed anything. What a great host! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. I’m a clean freak so being able to walk in the home and not have to do a thing was so nice. Nice to have an alarm system to set when you leave and at night. Just something else to help you feel secure in the home. Bonus- it’s pet friendly and we were able to bring our dog with us, which is huge! Nice fenced in yard to run in as well. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay while in the area. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely home. Very clean! Location was perfect for bring close to Duke and downtown Durham, shopping etc. You too would enjoy your stay !

Beautifully decorated home; very spacious. House was well stocked. Large backyard with lots of seating. We visited Duke university, museum of life and science and shopping mall - all very close and easy from the house.
