Luxe DT Retreat | 3 Kings, Arcade, Hidden Bookcase

It was exactly as advertised… and more! It was cozy and convenient to downtown. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee on the porch swing.

The house was new, clean, comfortable and very well stocked with games, snacks, and workout equipment. The beds were very comfortable. The outside had nice furniture and hot tub but it was raining and too warm to take advantage of these. The only negative was the neighborhood. In a few years it will be a different story. To the left of the house the neighborhood has been renovated. and rehabbed.....to the right of the house were older dilapidated homes. The good news is that we felt very safe and secure with fencing around the home and nice locking system.

Absolutely beautiful property! Great space for co-workers to share while attending a conference. Super clean and everything was just as the listing said. Owners were great at communicating!

Great

The house was something wonderful. I and my fraternity brothers had a wonderful time creating new memories while celebrating our 45 anniversary. The rooms are decorated nicely and makes you feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. The host was very responsive to my questions and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely rent this house again.
